A fun collaboration with Art Director Gemma Fletcher, Photographer Aaron Tilley and Food stylist Iain Graham. Together we conceived the idea to construct a series of planets that would be made from various types of dessert. The series includes a Treacle Sponge, a Trifle and a Matcha Mousse Cake. The series became the cover feature for the Creative Review 'Food' Issue 2016.
